Cycle II · Edict 3350–3600
Under Tharuk’s rule, Grolmar grew into a vast industrial and military complex powered by volcanic heat and Orcish labour. Its forges became renowned for weapons and armour, while the city itself remained politically independent and wary of outside influence.
Although Tharuk preserved that isolationist core, some Orcs began leaving the fortress in search of opportunity elsewhere. His creed—will tempered in ashes, strength forged in the crucible—became a statement of the people’s post-war identity.
