Historical account

Life enters the world

With the world’s foundations in place, Viridar turned the barren creation into a living one. Forests spread across rock, the primordial oceans filled with life, and the first Elemental Spirits arose from the raw forces of storm, fire, stone, and water. The world was no longer merely shaped; it had begun to grow on its own.

The first peoples

Across distant landscapes the mortal peoples awakened into very different environments: Dwarves and Gigants among the mountains, Humans and Orcs across plains and coasts, Elves and Magicians near the currents of magic, and other peoples in forests, shadows, high skies, islands, and the deep ocean. They inherited the same unfinished world, but not the same instincts, gifts, or ways of surviving it.

Historical significance

What changed here

The age of creation becomes the age of inhabitants. Every later city, alliance, rivalry, and war begins with the peoples first taking root during this long awakening.
