Charted City Whispering Peaks
Draconia, the Dragon's Spine, is woven into the immense caverns and ridges of the lower Whispering Peaks. Built for the Dragonkin, the fortress combines natural mountain defences with carefully carved strongholds and elemental mastery, while powerful aerial forces guard the passes and skies around it. Proud, guarded and formidable, Draconia preserves its independence while maintaining an uneasy peace with Skyreach above, its halls carrying the memory of old wars through every generation.
