Concordia has fallen under Supreme Commander Valitra’s iron rule, the Chroniclers have been driven into exile, and Magicians fleeing persecution have raised Arcanum on the Sunken Coast. Lord Voltanis has returned, but the new Celestial War has not yet erupted.

Arcanum Magician exiles establish the City of Veils during Edict 3106–3200.
