Celestials of change
The Khaotari are Tier IV Celestials aligned with dynamic Chaos. Their power is expressed through World-Shaping Magic, but their philosophy stands opposite the Aeterna conviction that creation should be driven toward stable, predetermined order. Khaotari thought treats change, disruption and adaptation as essential conditions of a world that is genuinely alive.
This does not reduce Chaos to meaningless destruction. Their conflict with the Aeterna is a dispute about what creation requires: the Aeterna fear collapse without structure, while the Khaotari fear stagnation without change. Their clashes have catastrophic consequences because both sides possess demigod-scale authority capable of altering the physical and magical world around them.
