Cycle II · Edicts 1601–2000 사이 Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Magicians가 Whispering Peaks 서쪽 기슭의 river delta에 모여 Concordia를 세웠습니다.
Chroniclers는 도시를 지배하지 않고 protection을 제공했고 survivors의 cooperation을 바탕으로 mortal civic identity가 형성되었습니다.
City of Harmony
전성기에는 Human, Dwarven, Elven, Magician의 네 큰 districts가 공동 civic centre를 둘러싸고 waterways, bridges, ports, trade routes로 연결되었습니다.
Council of Four Voices는 각 community를 대표하는 co-governance를 운영했고 cooperation을 Concordia 정체성의 중심에 두었습니다.
불안정한 균형
Prosperity는 divisions를 없애지 못했습니다. 시간이 흐르며 political balance가 약해지고 외부 powers의 개입이 늘었으며 institutions도 권위를 잃었습니다.
마지막 수세기에는 세계가 다음 전쟁으로 향하는 가운데 도시의 vulnerability가 커졌습니다.
Concordia의 몰락
The Second Celestial War — Ragnarok, War of All Species — 동안 약해진 Concordia는 breach되고 sacked되었습니다.
Cycle II · Edict 3350까지 districts와 civic centre는 ruins가 되었고 도시는 functioning civilisation로서 사라졌습니다.
Concordia에서 Havenstone으로
Edict 3355 무렵 survivors는 devastated delta로 돌아와 Concordia를 그대로 복원하는 대신 Havenstone을 세웠습니다.
geography의 전략적 중요성은 남았지만 political identity는 그대로 이어지지 않았고 Havenstone은 catastrophe 이후 peoples의 공존에 대한 새로운 답이 되었습니다.
몰락 전의 civilisation
World Explorer는 Cycle II · Edict 3200의 Concordia와 present era의 Havenstone을 같은 장소에서 보여주어 두 도시의 연속성과 단절을 함께 드러냅니다.
