갈라진 시대
Second Cycle 후기 Aethelgard에는 다시 부유한 도시, trade routes, 복잡한 political systems가 있었지만 오래된 Celestial divisions와 mortal tensions는 사라지지 않았습니다.
이전 전쟁과 달리 conflict는 넓은 세계로 퍼졌고 mortals와 도시가 직접 휘말렸기에 War of All Species라 불렸습니다.
Ragnarok
전쟁이 확장되며 settlements는 고립되고 armies는 분열했으며 오래된 정치 질서는 mortal warfare와 Celestial power의 압력을 견디지 못했습니다.
Ragnarok는 하나의 battle이 아니라 alliances의 붕괴, ruined cities, 세계 곳곳의 scars를 남긴 한 시대 전체의 collapse로 기억됩니다.
Concordia의 몰락
Concordia는 내부 분열로 이미 약해진 채 마지막 전쟁에 들어갔고 결국 breach되고 sacked되어 Edict 3350에는 functioning civilisation가 아니게 되었습니다.
그 파괴는 Second Cycle의 주요 multi-species centres 중 하나를 없애고 전략적 river delta를 ruins로 만들었습니다.
전쟁의 끝
The Second Celestial War는 Cycle II · Edict 3350에 끝났습니다. peace는 돌아왔지만 cities, populations, institutions의 많은 부분이 손상되거나 사라졌습니다.
즉각적인 prosperity 대신 The Silent Years라 불리는 긴 reconstruction이 시작되었습니다.
