The rupture of Edict 3201
The wider Second Celestial War began when Valitra’s apparently absolute order collapsed in an instant. Voltanis returned at the head of renewed Khaotari power, and a Tier V intervention shattered the assumptions on which the Aeterna regime depended. The Crystalforged Legion was erased, Valitra fell, and the balance between the highest powers was violently broken.
A war that outgrew its origin
What began as a celestial rupture did not remain confined to Celestials. Rival powers rebuilt forces, alliances shifted, and mortal cities were drawn ever more deeply into the conflict. By Edict 3330, the war had become a continental struggle; by 3347, multiple fronts and the surviving great powers converged on a decisive climax. Only direct intervention by the Genesis Council and the subsequent cleanup brought the catastrophe to a formal close in Edict 3350.

What changed here
The Second Celestial War is the conflict that directly creates the post-war world. It destroys old political orders, scatters populations, leaves cities in ruins, and defines the scars that the Current Era still lives with.
