Celestials of Order
The Aeterna are Tier IV Celestials whose defining principle is Order. Their World-Shaping Magic allows them to influence geography, magical structure and probability on a scale far beyond the mortal tiers. They seek stability, law and predictable form, viewing ordered structure as protection against a world collapsing into uncontrolled change.
That principle does not make every Aeterna politically identical. Their history contains competing interpretations of how Order should be maintained, ranging from restraint and guardianship to direct coercion. What unites them is the belief that the world possesses a design worth preserving. Their long conflict with the Khaotari is therefore philosophical as well as destructive: a dispute over whether stability or change should govern creation.
