Architects of creation
The Genesis Council stands at the Fifth Tier, above the other Great Celestial Powers. Unlike the lower tiers, the Divine Edict of Creation is not divided into ordinary branches. Its supreme aspects are embodied by five unique Celestials whose combined authority reaches the fundamental laws, matter, life, death and boundaries of reality itself.
The five members embody distinct supreme aspects of that authority: Ordinus, associated with Fate and Order; Saphel, with Creation and Knowledge; Viridar, with Life and Chaos; Noctarion, with Death and Entropy; and Astraia, with Space and Boundaries. Their role explains why Tier V is qualitatively different from every lesser form of power.
Ordinus

Saphel
Creation, Knowledge and authority over matter and making.
Viridar
Life, Chaos and the forces of vitality, growth and evolution.
Noctarion
Death, Entropy and the principle that all created things can reach an end.
Astraia
Space, Boundaries and the protection of reality’s divisions.
